I left my jacket in the room on the day of check-out and called up the hotel to check, leaving my email behind on 18 Mar 13. I did not receive any respond from the hotel staff to date, 21 Mar 13 on what's happening to my jacket. I was being upgraded from superior queen to suite, it's full of surprise being in the room, did not expect to climb up the staircase to the room, open space bath tub juz behind the bed, natural light from room above, it's really a good place for couple for a short trip.(Mee L., Malaysia)
