The younger day staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and answer any question. Night staff were not friendly and was unhelpful when we needed help with the poor wifi connection in the room. She simply told us to get to the lobby in the middle of the night for wifi access.

The room(superior room, 1 double bed) was very small, with an over sized bathroom with no shower curtain. Since we were out all day, the small room was tolerated as the bed was very comfortable(hotel is new), which was a more important factor for us. Even after we requested for the shower curtain to be replaced(we were told they removed both curtain and rod to wash,but no explanation was given as to why it was not replaced before we checked in). However,even with the shower curtain, water still seeped onto the toilet floor due to poor bathtub design.

WiFi is unstable and couldn't be connected at times for extended period of time.

Room safe could not be used at all. We were told the instructions were not provided at the safe because many guests could not understand the complex instructions. However,even after a staff came to unlock it for us, we were not able to program it.

Breakfast was fine for a small hotel. We enjoyed the tropical fruits which were ripe and sweet, and walked out of the hotel for very good local food nearby.(Andy C., Singapore)
